For Frontier Fiber circuits we need to reach out directly to the "Circuit Repair Team". Frontier will need the "UNI" circuit ID, account phone number, email address, service address, and name the account is under.
Fiber accounts should always be Phone: 314-675-1333, email: pmf@844cadence.com. The name on the account will be dependent on the Project Manager for the order. Checking the installation ticket for verification will be the best way to receive that information.

They can also be reached at this website, through the chat function in the bottom right corner. You will need to get through the automated portion and request the Circuit Repair Team to get into a chat with that team without having to re-route through.
Examples of difference Frontier Circuit IDs:
"UNI" Circuit ID (needed): 45/L1XN/340746/ /FTNC/
"EVI" Circuit ID (not needed): 45/CUXP/340745/ /FTNC/
CUXP will be in all EVI circuit ID's but not UNI circuit IDs for Frontier Circuits. This is the virtual/provisioning Circuit ID, and is not needed unless asked for specifically by Frontier.
