Parking calls and retrieving parked calls on cordless phones

Parking Calls:


When a call is in progress, press the "TRAN"/"Transfer" key on the phone.

Then dial *13 and press the Call button. 

MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT PRESS THE TRANSFEER BUTTON AGAIN INSTEAD OF THE CALL BUTTON.

Listen to the call and it should state the number of the park line the call is being parked on.

That number will need to be provided to the agent who needs to pick up the call so that it can be retrieved.




Retrieving Parked Calls:


Call *14XXX where the Xs are the number of the park line that the call needs to be retrieved from.
