Creating Custom Buttons - Yealink

Begin by opening up a web browser and enter in https://control.nuso.cloud


Enter in your phone number and commportal password. If this information was lost or changed, you will need to contact Cadence Support to update the information. 


Once you have logged into the portal. Scroll to the bottom left of the page and click on devices.


A new window will pop-up and you will click on set keys.

Select your Yealink desk phone and click edit.


On the top of the page you will now see Programmable Keys - Line Key. Open the tab and select the key you would like to edit. The type of button you would like to set up will depend on the soft key action. **Please note that Keys 1 and 2 are grayed out due to them being programmed as your Line keys. 


Enhanced Monitored Extension - will allow you to monitor the status of the extension you assign, as well as, act as a speed dial. You can only monitor extensions within the same local area network. 

Speed dial - one touch button to call/transfer the extension/telephone number you assign. 

Enhanced Call Park - a shared hold key that will place a call on hold for any phone to answer that has the same park orbit built within the same local area network. Will also monitor the status of the park key. 


Enhanced Monitored Extension - enter in the desired extension and the label you wish to monitor. Once you have completed adding the button(s), you will have to click save changes on the bottom right hand side of the page. **Please do not change the Line section**


Enhanced Speed dial - enter in the desired extension/telephone number and label you wish to add as a one touch call/transfer button. Once you have completed adding the button(s), you will have to click save changes on the bottom right hand side of the page. 

 


Enhanced Call Park - Select the park orbit you would like to use (By default Park 301 and 302 are most commonly used). Label the shared hold key. Once you have completed adding the button(s), you will have to click save changes on the bottom right hand side of the page. **Please do not change the Line section**
