Call forwarding from the Portal

To set up call forwarding from the phone portal. 

You will need to open up a web browser and enter in and enter in your DID and password (If you do not know this information please email Cadence support by Clicking Here)

Once signed in you will click "Forward to" and enter in the number you wish to call forward to, then press "Apply" to save the changes.

To remove the call forward please select the "Ring my phone" option unless you have rules built on your line then you would select "Use my _____ rules" or "Handle depending on the time or day". Press "Apply" to save the changes.
