How to update distinctive ringtone

If you are signed into the Admin portal, go to the user section and click on the user you would like to update their ringtone. Click on Go to Call Manager




Click on the rules tab, then click where it says "start with an example set of rules"

Click on the Normal Rule and then click Edit

Select the bullet point ring my phone using "___" Then select one of the three distinctive ringtones (The standard and distinctive ringtone 1 are the same thing, I am not sure why its built like this). Then click finish.


Click Apply, then click on the Summary tab


Lastly, click the bullet point "Use my Normal rules", and finally click Apply. Then that use should be all set!
