This only applies if you are an admin. Please use your phone number and password to log into the https://control.nuso.cloud/bg.
Once signed in, click on users.
Select the user you would like to update the password / vm pin for.
Select View Account settings on the bottom right of the screen
Select which option you would like to update for the user.
Enter in the new password / voicemail pin and press Confirm to save the changes.
