How to download Call Logs

** This solution applies to Admin Users Only**


If you are an admin you will log into the admin portal (https://control.nuso.cloud/bg) and use your phone credentials to login. (If you need your log in credentials please contact Support@844Cadence.com)


Once logged in please follow the steps below. 

Click on Call logs on the left hand side.



You will now need to select a start date and end date. Click Download at the bottom of the page to generate that report. 

Once the file has successfully downloaded, open the excel file

(I recommend selecting the green downward facing arrow to highlight all of the columns, then pull the line between column A and column B to expand all of the columns. Then once done, click on Sort & Filter, then Filter)



Now you will be able to see all of the call details (inbound, outbound, and internal calls). 

  


    -Terminating call types are customers dialing into your business group


Ex: We have a terminating call from a cell phone that called the main number

   


    -Originating call types are users within the business group dialing out to customers/vendors


Ex: We have an originating call from a desk phone that called out to a cell phone

    -Intra BG call types are calls within the business group. Like call transfers, calls from extension to extension, etc. 


Ex: We have an Intra BG call from one desk phone calling another desk phone within our business group
