How to add / change / remove Short Codes

** This solution applies to Admin Users Only**

If you are an admin you will log into the admin portal (https://control.nuso.cloud/bg) and use your phone credentials to login. (If you need your log in credentials please contact Support@844Cadence.com)

On the left side you will click where it says "Short Codes"

If you wish to add a short code. Select "add" at the top right of the short codes page.

Add the short code you wish to add followed by the telephone number associated with the short code. Then click "add" to save changes.

If you want to edit, select the short code you wish to edit and you can update the short code or the telephone number associated with the short code. Click "save" to save changes.

Adding a range of short codes at one time, click "Add Range". Enter the first and last codes and (optionally) the first telephone number that the range maps to, and then click "Add"
