How to change / update your voicemail from any phone

If you are using the desk phone or voiplink application. Dial *98, enter in your vm pin followed by the #. Press option 3 then option 1 to change your voicemail greeting

If you are using your regular cell phone number. Dial your DID (Direct dial number), once the voicemail message starts, press *, enter in your voicemail pin, followed by #. 

To update the recording of your name, dial *98, enter in your vm pin followed by the #, Press option 3, then 3, then 2.

To update your voicemail greeting. Press option 3, option 1, then option 1.
