How to Setup and enable extended absence greeting

Method A

Log into the portal at Login (nuso.cloud) Click on Message Settings

Click Voicemail Greeting

In the dropdown for "Use the greeting" select Extended Absence

If you have not yet recorded an extended absence voicemail greeting, you can do so by clicking the record button.

Method B

Go to your voicemail on your phone by either using the little envelope button on the keypad or by dialing *98

Enter PIN and press the # key

Select option 3 (work with your greetings)

Select option 2 (work with your extended absence greeting)

Press 1 (Turn on extended absence greeting)

Record extended absence greeting if one has not been recorded previously
