Forwarding Calls from Desk Phone - Polycom

From your Polycom desk phone. All VVX models. 


Press the Home icon on the front of your phone.


A list of options should appear, you will need to select the Forward icon.


Please select the Forwarding Type 

 

Always—Forward all incoming calls

No Answer—Forward incoming calls if not answered by a certain time

Busy—Forward when you are already in a call


After you have selected the Forwarding Type, Enter in the Contact number and press Enable to save the changes. 

To remove the call forwarding, follow the same steps and remove the Contact number and press Enable to save the changes.
