How to put your phone line on a schedule, or special days.

Log into the Portal by going to Login (nuso.cloud). Enter your credentials and click Login or hit enter.


First, we are going to click on the Weekly Schedule tab.


Click the A blank schedule link.

Click Add a New Period and label it, such as Day or Night.

Select the Period you would like to use and click and drag to cover the area and times you would like for that time period. You can expand this to 15 minute intervals by clicking the Zoom In link under the schedule. Do this process again for the 2nd time frame. Then click the Apply button above the schedule

Click on the Rules tab, then click the Add New Set of Rules button and label these with whatever name you would like.



Select the Set of Rules you would like to work with and click Edit.

Select which rule you would like to apply for the selected set of rules. During the day, I would like my phone to ring. (as shown)


If you are working with a time you will be out of the office, you can choose to forward your line to another number, or send to voicemail. Click Finish, then click Apply.

Click on the Summary tab and select the Handle depending on the time or day option. Next, we will select which set of rules we would like to use fir each part of our schedule. and Click apply.

If you are going on vacation or a business trip you can use the Special days tab to select an extra set of rules to apply for specific days. Simply click the day or days you would like to set as a special day and click Apply.
