First visit https://control.nuso.cloud/bg and enter in your admin credentials (If you do not know this information, please contact Cadence support by Clicking Here.)
Once in the admin portal, main lines will be located under "Users" and auto attendants will be located under "Attendants". Navigate to whichever you need to update the schedule. Once you locate your main number/auto attendant, click on it to open a new window, then select "Go to Call Manager" or "Open Attendant Settings".
Then select the "Schedule" tab. From here you can drag and adjust the weekly schedule for each day. If you select "Zoom in" on the bottom left-hand side of the schedule, you can update each day's hours in 15-minute increments. Once finished with the schedule adjustments, click "Apply" to save your changes.
