How to merge / transfer calls via the Voiplink Mobile application

If you are already using the Voiplink Business Voice application and would like to merge /  transfer a call please see the steps below. All call transfers made using the mobile application can only be "Announced Transfers". Merging the call with create a 3-way call with all participants.



Once on a call, click the "Add/Transfer" Button on your screen.


This will put the current call on hold. Then press the "Dialer" button on the bottom right of the screen


Then enter in the extension / 10 digit telephone number you wish to transfer to.


You will notice that the "Transfer" and "Merge" features will not emitting until the call connects.


Once the call connects, you can choose to transfer the call or merge the call (Merging the call with create a 3-way call with all participants)
