eFax Portal and User guide

To log into the Efax portal, please visit https://my.nuso.io/login 

Use the authorized email address and password to log into the portal (If you do not know this information, please contact Cadence Support @ support@844cadence.com)

Click on IP faxes on the right hand said to open the dropdown menu

Click on the fax number that you are trying to get information for.

Next, if you would like to send an efax. Click on the "Send a Fax" tab

After selecting "Send a Fax", enter all information and upload your file. Once all of the information and attachment have been uploaded. Click "Send Fax"

If you would like to check inbound/received faxes, click the inbound tab and all faxes this section will show received faxes. You can download, view, forward fax to email, delete, or add a contact using the buttons to the right of each incoming fax.

If you would like to view faxes that have been sent, click outbound 

If you would like to add email address to be able to receive or send faxes, click on "Fax device settings". The top section are email addresses that are set up to receive faxes, the bottom are email address that are authorized to send faxes. The middle section is email addresses that receive a notification when a fax is sent. (If you have any issues, please contact Cadence Support @ support@844cadence.com)

Fax Contact Details display the information you want to show on the cover page when you send faxes. 

The Cover Page tab will allow you to edit the image on the cover page/the fax header/disclaimer on the cover page.

Click address book to add contacts to make it more convenient to send a fax to numbers used regularly

To add a contact click the Add Contact button and enter the contact's information
