Setting up / checking voicemail - Polycom

Setting up your voicemail - from your desk phone press *98 to access the voicemail portal and enter in your voicemail pin followed by # (Your phone credentials can be found on the bi-fold sheet that was provided with your desk phone). The initial prompt will have you set up your voicemail greeting. 


If you are changing your voicemail greeting

    From your desk phone - Press *98, enter in your voicemail pin, followed by #. You will press option 3 to work with your greetings.

    From any other phone (cell phone/desk phone) - Call your DID (direct inward dial), once the voicemail prompt starts, press * and enter your voicemail pin. This will get you into the voicemail portal. You will press option 3 to work with your greetings.

    From a computer - This method only works if your computer has a microphone. Open up a web browser and enter in https://Control.Nuso.Cloud. Enter in your DID and password.

 

Once you have successfully logged into the portal, on the bottom of the page you will click on Message Settings, Voicemail Greeting, Personal*, then edit. 

Press record to start recording your personal voicemail greeting. Once you have finished recording you will click Save.





There are a few ways to access your voicemail - calling into your voicemail from any phone, checking online via a computer, or via the Voiplink application. 


    Checking your voicemail from any phone - dial your DID (direct inward dial) number, once the voicemail prompt starts, press * and enter your voicemail pin followed by #. This will get you into the voicemail portal.


    Checking your voicemail from a computer - open up a web browser and enter in https://Control.Nuso.Cloud. Enter in your DID and password.     



Once you have successfully logged into the portal, at the top of the screen click on  "Messages and Calls", then click "Messages" to access your voicemails. Press the play icon to listen to the voicemail.

Checking your voicemail from the Voiplink application 

    From the desktop application - Enter in your DID and Password


Once you have successfully logged into the application, click on the voicemail icon on the right side. 


This will open up a new window. Press the play button to listen to the voicemail.
