If this is right after your desk phone installation, when you press the voicemail button or dial *98 from the phone, you will have to enter in your voicemail pin that was provided with your desk phone (Located on the bi-fold sheet). Once in the voicemail portal, it will walk you through a few steps in setting up your voicemail.
If you are replacing an existing user, when you press the voicemail button or dial *98 from the phone, you will have to enter in your voicemail pin that was provided with your desk phone (Located on the bi-fold sheet). If you can not locate your voicemail pin. Please contact Cadence Support at (314) 627-5900 then pressing option 2 or email Support@844Cadence.com. You will need to re-record your name and the voicemail greeting. Once in the voicemail portal, press option 3 then option 1 to work with your voicemail greeting. To work with the recording of your name, you will press option 3, option 3, then option 2. Once completed you will have successfully set up your desk phone's name and voicemail.
Checking Voicemail -
From the desk phone - press the voicemail button or dial *98, you will have to enter in your voicemail pin that was provided with your desk phone (Located on the bi-fold sheet). Once in the voicemail portal, it will tell you how many unread voicemails and saved voicemails you have.
From the Voiplink application -
Desktop - Once signed into the Voiplink application, press the voicemail icon and a new window will open up with your voicemails
Mobile - Once signed into the Voiplink application, you'll click on the phone icon on the bottom of the screen, then select Voicemail instead of Call History at the top of the screen. Below is an example via an Android device, the iPhone application looks very similar.
