Incoming Caller ID While on Call - Mitel

This will allow you to enable or disable the second call coming in as priority or not on your Mitel desk phone


Begin by opening up a web browser and enter in https://control.nuso.cloud


Enter in your phone number and commportal password that is on the bifold sheet that was provided with your desk phone. If this information was lost or changed, you will need to contact Cadence Support to update the information. 


Once you have logged into the portal. Scroll to the bottom left of the page and click on devices.


A new window will pop-up and you will click on set keys.

Select your Mitel desk phone and click edit.


On the top right of the window there is a search bar. Enter in "focus" and the Preferences to "Switch Focus to Ringing Line" will appear. 


If you select Yes, the second call that rings your desk phone will take priority and show up on the screen.


If you select No, the second call that rings your desk phone will not appear on the screen but the second line will blink to alert you that a call is coming in. 


Once you have selected yes or no, you will have to click save changes on the bottom right hand side of the page. 


You will have to reboot your phone to see the changes or wait until midnight when the phones automatically update.
