How to update name(s) / caller ID name(s)

If you are an admin you will log into the admin portal (https://control.nuso.cloud/bg) and use your phone credentials to login. (If you need your log in credentials please contact Support@844Cadence.com)

Once logged in you will select "Users"



Search for / Select the line you would like to update. 





To update the internal caller ID you will select "Call Settings"


Enter in the desired caller ID you would like to display when making internal calls. Press "Apply" to save the changes.



To update the name in the portal, select "Actions" on the right side of the line, followed by "Edit personal details"


Enter in the desired name you would like to display within the BG Portal. Press "Save" for the changes to apply. 




External caller ID has to be done across all providers. The request will need to be made to Cadence Support by Clicking Here.
