When statically assigning your Polycom desk phone you will have to first change the IP information from the web portal at Https://Control.Nuso.Cloud/BG before statically assigning the IP information from your desk phone.
**Keep in mind that you must be an admin of your business group in order to log into the web portal**
Open up a Web Browser and go to Https://Control.Nuso.Cloud/BG and use your number and password that came on a bi-fold sheet with your desk phone.
Once signed into the portal, select users.
Select the user/telephone number you would like to statically assign the IP information. A new window will pop up, click "View Account Settings", then click "Devices"
A new window should open up and then select "set keys"
Under "Manage your phones", select your device and press "Edit"
A new window will pop up and select the Network Settings tab, then IP Settings
Under the IP Settings, disable DHCP and enter in the static IP information under the highlighted selections.
Once you have successfully entered in the static IP information, press "Save changes".

From your Polycom desk phone. All VVX Models.
To statically assign the IP information and DNS of your Polycom phone you will first start by pressing the home button on the front of the phone. Scroll down the menu options until you see Settings (Gear looking icon)
Select Advance -> Password: Provided by Cadence Support -> Administation Settings -> Network Configuration -> Scroll down to DNS Server and DNS Alt. Server. If you press "Mode" and choose "ABC" you can easily locate the characters, letters, and numbers to enter in the password.
Choose which DNS you would like to statically assign by highlighting the primary or secondary and pressing edit. Each octet uses 3 digits. So if you would like to assign DNS 8.8.8.8 you will have to input 008.008.008.008. Press "Ok" to save changes.
If you need to statically assign the other DNS. Repeat the steps above.
Once you exit the menu, the phone will ask to "Save Config" to save the changes.
To statically assign the IP information. You will Select Network Configuration ->Ethernet -> IPv4 Configuration -> Disable DHCP -> Then enter IP information
Once you exit the menu, the phone will ask to "Save Config" to save the changes.
