When statically assigning your Mitel desk phone you will have to first change the IP information from the web portal at Https://Control.Nuso.Cloud/BG before statically assigning the IP information from your Mitel 68xx desk phone.
**Keep in mind that you must be an admin of your business group inorder to log into the web portal**
Open up a Web Browser and go to Https://Control.Nuso.Cloud/BG and use your number and password that came on a bi-fold sheet with your Mitel desk phone.
Once signed into the portal, select users.
Select the user/telephone number you would like to statically assign the IP information. A new window will pop up, click "View Account Settings", then click "Devices"
A new window should open up and then select "set keys"
Under "Manage your phones", select your device and press "Edit"
A new window will pop up and select the Network Settings tab, then IP Settings
Under the IP Settings, disable DHCP and enter in the static IP information under the highlighted selections.
Once you have successfully entered in the static IP information, press "Save changes".
