How to add / check / remove a vlan tag from your desk phone (Aastra / Mitel)
Press the settings key (Gear icon) next to the number 7
Press Advanced on the bottom of the screen
Will need password from Cadence Support by calling 844Cadence or by Clicking Here to open a ticket. Once the password is entered, press enter.
Scroll to the right until you see Network then scroll down until you see VLAN then press select
If taking your phone home, please ensure that the VLAN is Disabled and click save
When you bring your desk phone back to your work office, you will need to re-enable the vlan and reassign the appropriate LAN Port LAN ID.
